Schezwan idli pakoda | Chinese pakoras-How to make-Step by step photos

Ingredients
- Leftover idli– 2 to 3
- Schezwan Sauce– 2 to 3 tbsp
- Rice flour –3 tbsp
- Gram flour- 4 tbsp
- Asafoetida – ¼ tsp
- Curry leaves –1 spring [chopped]
- Coriander leaves– 2 spings [chopped]
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
- Water as needed [3 to 4 tbsp]
Preparation
- Cut idli into cubes.
- In a bowl add idli cubes, schezwan sauce, gram flour, rice flour, salt, coriander leaves, curry leaves, asafoetida, mix well
- Sprinkle 3 tbsp water, mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan, sprinkle idli cubes, deep fry till crisp & golden brown on medium hot oil.
- Once its ready remove from oil & drain on absorbent paper.
- Serve hot with tea or coffee
How to make Schezwan idli pakoda - Step by step photos
Cut idli into small cubes
Add schezwan sauce
Add asafoetida
Add salt
Mix well with coriander and curry leaves
Add gram flour, rice flour mix well
Add 3 tbsp water mix well
Heat oil, add idli cubes
Deep fry till crisp
Now its ready, remove it from oil
Serve hot
